The business stuff:

In order to have your site on the internet we will provide you with our “All Inclusive” Website Hosting and Management Services (AIHMS) that provides full and regular maintenance/software updating to the WordPress software along with updating plugins. We also include full security and anti hacking services as a part of this. Your site is monitored constantly. Any issues with the up-time of your site will be handled by us. We suggest visiting your site regularly in case there is anything you would like edited. We will provide you info on how to log in and make small changes to text and images. You will also be allotted 15 minutes per month for us to provide these small basic edits for you as needed. Extra time or larger needs are at the regular hourly rate -min 30 min. Please read the terms of service linked below for all the details about your services.

Your first invoice:
In order to get started on your website project we need to first set up the space and services in which to develop, design and host the website from. The first invoice is sent to you right after this form is filled out and will be for the total amount of $550.00 plus GST. This service is invoiced yearly and renewal invoices are automatically sent by our accounting system every following year to continue your hosting and management services.
We can not set up your hosting space on the server or do anything with the site until the first invoice is paid.

Your second invoice:

The estimated cost of a single page site based on our email and phone communications is between 1500-1800. Pricing can change according to the amount of work needed to complete but will always be discussed before proceeding with the extra time/work. Work will start with content/info from old site and will evolve with your new needs.

The second invoice will be sent to you once the website is “completed”. From then on, the website hosting and management services will continue for as long as you wish to have your site online with us.

E-Transfer or Credit Card Payments?*
E-Transfer payments for your services are free. If you wish to use your credit card (maybe you collect points?) then we can accommodate this with a 3% + .60 service charge on your invoice. Please let us know which is preferable to you.
