The business stuff:

This work is to create a single page style website for Jason to show his information about his various offerings. We will create this site with a main header and 4-5 main “menu” or sliding selectors that will slide the page down into their various sections. Once the base information is online and deemed as completed, we will have a 30 min phone/remote session to show how to use the site and make any changes or edits you like.

This website creation is located on their own hosting platform, so no ongoing yearly services are being invoiced. Any support needed for this site in the future is at our normal hourly rate. You always have the option to jump on our maintenence services (that invoice yearly), even with your own hosting, at any time.

Your first invoice:
In order to get started on your website project there will be an invoice sent to you right after this form is filled out and will be for the deposit amount of $500.00 plus GST. Work can not begin until payment for this invoice is made.

Your second invoice:

As discussed in emails, the scope of the site is also noted above. Single page site with multiple (5-6) sections as a very nice appearing base to continue on with as you wish. The second invoice will be sent to you once the website is “completed”. The estimated price mentioned in the emails for the basic single page site is 1500.00. This seems very accurate for the amount of need we have discussed, but if anything changes, we will always contact you before any further work is done that might affect this amount. (Rare)

E-Transfer or Credit Card Payments?*
E-Transfer payments for your services are free. If you wish to use your credit card (maybe you collect points?) then we can accommodate this with a 3% + .60 service charge on your invoice. Please let us know which is preferable to you.
